Last week of summer mode is here !! If you have completed all the obstacles until this week or half, it is time to jump, encourage, and finish strength. That the Grand Award is waiting for you;)
5 tips to help you stay along the way during the last week:
If they hit the new personal records of your work or put on the body’s hot food plan with no exchange, setting up a special goal will give you something to work. Write down and remember yourself every day to focus on.
Everyone’s exercise trip is unique, so avoid comparing your progress. Focus on your special successes and how much you come up to the beginning of SSU.
Good talk can go well to encourage you. Remind yourself of all hard work you have made up so far. Encourage yourself to verify and believe in your ability to finish hard constraint.
Your account of the same account is available to support you, so don’t be afraid to connect them and encourage yourself if you feel you are driving yourself. Share your struggle, your performance, and your goals and baby LSF, and let them get up. Knowing that you are not alone is so much power.
Take time to celebrate how much you come to your travel journey. Identify all hard work and deductions that you have produced in the past few weeks. Treat yourself for something special with your rewards for yourself and SSU!
