How to prepare for the summer barrier


Our Taking the summer is coming up! Are you ready to be fit, build confidence, and feel the best for 6 weeks!?

We have prepared a list of 10 things that we had before We start in July 8 So you may feel ready and have all the recommendations that you win this summer!

The summer structure of the menu until a list:

1. Tithii pink way

July 7th, the day before I start SSU, attend the formation of the Bikini Body, so that I can remove your body and be prepared to destroy your goals? You will find this plan for free when you enroll here.

2. Preparing for food

One of the success keys during the challenge is after a meal. Take time to plan your meal for the week, to keep up with your follow-up goals.

This makes it easier to eat during the week so you don’t scratch and catch unhealthy food & snacks.

3. Get the pictures before

Your picking before the photographer is the key to your progress + for a big reward qualifier!

Do:

  • Light, natural light

  • Hardly / Sports Bra & Short

  • Straight & full body

  • Forward, on the side, backwards

  • Clean background (like a wall or door)

  • Wear the same group before & after!

Things to:

  • The dark, the remarkable light

  • The dirty background

4. Taking a meal plan

5. Download moving motion

All the Exercises of the barriers will be in my moving program! And, if you are new Moveyou will get 30 days free.

6. Set white goals

Describe your SSU goals. If it is lost weight, building muscle, or improvement, clearing white goals will help you focus and encourage.

7. Take texts to keep up with progress

Write your weight and measurements before starting SSU. This will be the key to seeking your progress + celebrating your success at the end of the summer.

8. Join the same account group

We strongly believe that the same account groups are an important factor to encourage you during your exercise journey. With the following summer shape, we want to make sure we have all the devices you need to win, so we want to help them create them! See the mail @teamlsf How to join a group!

9. Table of time for your exercise

Stop time to schedule your date or planner your jobs. Make it a priority to the schedule and treat as any other important appointment!

10. Water, air-air, airway

Don’t forget to drink plenty of water during constraint. Water possession is important in general health, energy levels, and recovery after exercise. You can also make water in exciting water by adding a carriage Wicked or Natural beauty😉
