In short, a bike class (often called a spin class) is a local, gym session of the group led by a trained and certified teacher of a bike. Participants ride stationary bicycles designed to emulate outdoor bikes, providing cardio -pumping exercises in a fast, high -power setting.

Absolutely! Another advantage of spin classes is that you can choose from multiple classes when registering. In most cases, there are classes that are more suitable for computers, such as intro for bicycles or spin (more on it below).
