The story of Allison:
“I’ve always struggled with my confidence. When I took my photos before, I heard them looking at me. And I was in the most of my body packaged.
I knew that I couldn’t do any excuse, I needed to change myself and my future health. So I followed Move to the program Work, completing each. I have joined the same SSD accounts with the SSD EMing Starts & LSF Mamas. Was set to follow 7-day is exchanging & Hbmppfollowed by 40 days of sugar my sister.
I began the trip I hoped to hope I can attach it and give up. More of the encouragement women in the LSF community continues to go! Food plans helped to take the plan and dosage away from work. And I think that is the key to her victory.
I was not just stronger physically, I grew up to confidence! I was struggling with anxiety, fatigue, vendor, phase, and hormones for up to 2020. Since you have never feel good! My trip is not non-existent, my brothers are very good, I have a weak degree, 5:30). LSF was key to restoring myself. “

Natalie’s The story:
“I’ve gained 35 + lbs of thirty years and I hate everything a little about my flesh.” This is when I’m going to do anything everyday I have taken to join in the spring barrier.
Only 6 weeks I got a confidence I didn’t get it, I got a new joy to rise in the morning, I got a new relationship, I got a new relationship, I got a new relationship, I got a new relationship with me new. Foods learned how to feed my body, I found a lot of support, love and encouragement, and my cereal are very good!
For me this is the beginning! I am committed to being my best self and I still have Katie and LSF / LSF to appreciate this. I am very happy and I feel like I’m looking forward to the place where I am today. I feel strong, encouraging, and I am happy to have more to come! Good things come to the blanks.

Jessica’s The story:
I began this challenge as a new year re-accountability to myself to work with the job move to the program Every day to follow closely Hbmpp. I also wanted a support system for this challenge so I started #Teamsfsfslay and these women were amazing and to share all their support. I don’t think I would be so like without him without them! This challenge has come to me through working and eat regularly. “
The red card reward is a member of a member #Teamlsf society Who do not just set their journey to the gym, but also it was encouraging the other baby #teamlsf. Every challenges we ask the members to submit the people who encourage them as the source of and encouragement during the whole challenge.
Selena – Lost 11Lbs
I lost 17 pounds since the beginning Feeling a good challenge 14(11 which I lost since the beginning of SSD).
I am attached to a meal plan for a month and now my husband & I n acute treats ourselves well.
Although all of this feels unusual, this challenge has little to beat the scales of loss and more about the pleasure of the lsf.
My reason to encourage other people when they do not trust themselves or encourage people from their lives that may even lower their dreams. “

I have been separated from the SSD fully and worked in my physical health but has worked for my mental health and change and helped with my physical practices and have been in love with the food plans and I have loved the food plans. It was great to find a faster, simply, and effective in front of (like others Move to the program When I Exercise) to always think about what I do for food! I even got a new food for a very popular food (Salmon and Yogurt Greek) that before Hbmpp I didn’t know that I liked so much.
There are always challenges, but I took one day one day and will continue. I am very grateful to the girls #teamls to encourage me and support me. I love that about these challenges – we do it!
The biggest victory from SSD would say that we must eventually enter the rhythm of exercise and protein in the morning. I tried to work for a long time and actually blocked this time! Yes! I showed every day I made a little change and plus my hard work and my results. “

I was in a few of your obesters and I feel that this is the one who changes a lot. Set some real health habits. I was able to lose 6.5 so far 8 pounds, since I used it to the program, I lost 23 pounds! “
