Today is the most hopeful and optimistic of the year.
That’s great!
For goals or decisions you have set up for yourself, I’m happy!
We all try to do well ourselves, and although things are not working in the way I want not to do well, hope This time will be different.
Nick Launches describe hope “good optimistic heart,” I think that is right. We are all trying to differ when changing changes.
If you are trying to build a new habit of exercise or you number the number of this year, I greet you. The setting of the change is secure.
But we can give ourselves the best chance to win our goals, we have to integrate our goals on our respect and learning.
Here are two questions to ask yourself when we start 2025 …
I’m happy to start again.
But what is different from the attempt?
If you do what you always do, you will get what you have always received.
The best predictive for future culture is the old culture.
If you choose the same purpose or strategy that you have tried (successfully) in the past, the final result will be the same: Why can’t I get my actions? “
So, be considered what is different at this time!
Don’t just “go to xyz food” or “letting out all the time of sugar” or “Marathon train” again, especially if you have tried that.
Something should be different at this time:
Specify yourself that you have learned from the previous attempt. Don’t let the old fails become useless – they showed you what I work you.
Try something different at this time!
Now you’re filling out some of them, and that is great.
But three weeks from now, life will fall, and they will go wrong.
What was your idea when that happens in the past?
We are asking each Training client for NF Before they start, “What are you worried about?”
That answer is something they are aware of the outcome of their previous attempts:
Are you busy to be busy and decide “to break up” to break up until they are short? “ Great! Now you know when a small head of your head says, you can be prepared, planning to do something differently, and decide not to do it have To listen to your head.
Do you need to be a bad day and you’re completely out of the metal? Great! Now you know that when you have one bad day, you can forgive yourself, you can’t look back for anger or offense, and return to the road.

Josh had himself to know where he will liberate the future, he and the coach Matt is planned, and he collected Hump.
Since then, they have worked together for two months (and counting), Josh only missed the day of checking and missing from one of the “All-Areas” behavior that comes to you!
We all went to change, and even when I know myself …
We often bite more than we can chew:
Our goals and expectations are mainly above the fact that we are very populated, busy, difficult people living in an unpredictable life.
That’s ok!
